I design and deliver customized fitness programs using NASM’s Optimum Performance Training® (OPT™) model, tailored to support a variety of client goals - ranging from general wellness and weight management to performance enhancement and nutrition.

With experience working with both individuals and groups across all fitness levels, I bring a results-focused mindset and a deep commitment to client success.

Known for clear communication, natural motivation, and meticulous attention to detail, I strive to help every client build long-term improvements in fitness, confidence, and overall quality of life.

MMA

Since the age of 7, martial arts has been a lifelong journey of dedication, commitment, and discipline.

I built a strong foundation in both striking and grappling disciplines, including, JKD Grappling, JKD Kickboxing, BJJ, Silat and Kali under the tutelage of Sifu Mick Shore, Doncaster, England and Boxing, training under former Commonwealth Champion JonJo Irwin.

I then specialised in Thai boxing at the renowned KIATPHONTIP gym in Leeds, England, training under Simon Chu (@striking.coach). In parallel, I’ve been focusing on BJJ and wrestling - particularly no-gi grappling - to build a well-rounded skill set.

I have travelled the world to train at some of the best fighting schools on the planet, sparring with

professional boxers and MMA fighters.

Rugby and Track

From the age of 8 to 18, I played Rugby Union, primarily as a Number 8, Openside Flanker and Centre.

I was honored to be offered a Rugby Scholarship by the prestigious Hill House School in Doncaster, England.

Over the years, I played for the Hill House school team and Doncaster Knights (club), and was fortunate to be selected to represent the Yorkshire County (equivalent to State level) rugby team.

I was also selected to represent the school in the 100m and 200m sprints, at local and county levels, and subsequently qualified for and competed in the UK national athletics championships.

I currently work part-time with the Hill House 1st XV rugby team as a dedicated wrestling coach, focusing on enhancing tackling, rucking and scrummaging techniques.

Teaching Assistant

I am an experienced Teaching Assistant (SEN experienced) and classroom supervisor working in primary schools and secondary schools (including Sixth Form).

I currently work one-on-one with a Year 6 student (equivalent to Elementary) in a primary school, supporting their transition into mainstream classes by fostering confidence, independence, and improving core skills in numeracy and literacy.

I also have experience as a cover supervisor, effectively managing classrooms and maintaining a positive learning environment in the teacher’s absence.

I’m passionate about primary education, enjoy working with other teachers, and aim to be a positive role model for students.

CAMP MICAH (Americamp)

I spent three summers as a Camp Counsellor in Maine, New England, at Camp Micah.

In my first year, I assisted on the Ninja Warrior course. I returned for the following two summers as the lead instructor for the Ninja event.

It was incredibly rewarding to watch returning campers grow and develop each year, and I took pride in helping make their summers more enjoyable.

Along the way, I formed lasting friendships and created unforgettable memories.
